So long as we have availability in our schedule, we will add your pets to our list of amazing clients and reach out quickly to set up a meet & greet! Our availability is first come first serve, so the more notice we have, the better chance there will be a sitter available to take care of your pets.
Typically we begin to fill up 2-3 weeks before the dates. When you have dates more than 2 months away (such as weddings, graduation or holidays), we highly suggest letting us know as soon as you know, but we will not schedule them to a team member’s schedule until the dates are within 2 months.
My (friend or family member) will be taking care of my pets too. Is that ok?
We will consider sharing responsibility with a local friend or family member over the age of 18 who knows your pet and your pet knows them. We require this person to be at the meet and greet and for us to have contact information for this person in the case of an emergency or any questions concerning pet care.

As Summerville grows, so does the need for pet care. Please be mindful when reserving dates/visit times on our schedule, as OUR CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE APPLIED to respect all clients who had interest in the dates you reserve. This also respects our team and their families as they plan commitments around your requests.
Recurring Dog Walks
Services will be charged for when dog walks are cancelled after 4pm the day before services. To avoid paying for the next day’s dog walk, be sure to cancel before 4pm the day before your recurring scheduled walk.
Pet Sitting (Non Holiday)
*Cancellations for pet sitting trips requested at least 5 days prior to the start of service will receive a full refund.
*Cancellations for pet sitting trips made less than 5 days from the start of services will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
*Cancellation of scheduled pet sitting services by the Client with less than 72hr notice (3 days) will be charged the full cost of services requested.
Pet Sitting (Holiday)
*Due to the high demand for holiday dates, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure holiday services.
*The client will be responsible for full payment of any holiday services cancelled less than 14 days before services begin.
